FAQ
Orders
Our products are usually shipped 3-4 working days after the order is placed. Your Frajule item should therefore arrive shortly afterwards and will be shipped carbon-neutral with DHL.
Individual delivery times apply for preorder products. You can find more detailed information on the respective product.
At the moment our products are only available in the EU. For individual inquiries in other countries please contact us!
Exchanges and returns
After receiving the goods, you can return a product to us within 14 days. Make sure to leave all tags on the product and also enclose the storage bag, and request the return within the deadline.
To do this, simply log into your customer account with the email address you used for the purchase:
We will be happy to refund you the full invoice amount.
The condition for this is that the return shipment contains all products to be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition including the corresponding tags on the garment as they were delivered and the storage bag. We ask for your understanding that we must reject returns that are incomplete, damaged or sent outside the return period.
Products
Since we only use the best and most luxurious materials, it is particularly important to ensure the longevity of our products that they are properly cared for:
Hand wash: If you wash your fine pieces by hand, always in cold water (max. 20 degrees) with a special wool detergent. Avoid rubbing or pulling the fabric vigorously.
Machine wash: If you decide to machine wash, use special programs for wool or silk depending on the material composition and wash the garments in a laundry bag to protect them.
For garments containing wool, please always select the wool program and a suitable special detergent (max. 20 degrees).
Drying: After washing, gently squeeze out the water without wringing. Lay the pieces flat on a dry towel, shape them and let them air dry away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Our brand stands for luxury and quality, without losing sight of our responsibility towards our environment and society. We have made it our mission to act sustainably in every respect in order to leave a positive footprint.
**Exquisite materials**: Our collections are made exclusively from the highest quality natural fibers such as cashmere, merino wool and alpaca. These materials are known not only for their exceptional quality and durability, but also for their lower environmental impact compared to synthetic alternatives.
**Local Production**: Each of our pieces is proudly made in Germany. By producing locally, we not only support the local economy and secure jobs, but also reduce our carbon footprint through short transport routes.
**Preorder system**: To avoid overproduction and waste, we rely on a preorder system. This allows us to produce exactly the quantity our customers want and helps reduce overconsumption. This is how we ensure that every piece of clothing we make finds an owner who appreciates its value.
**Commitment to the future**: We recognize that sustainability is an ongoing commitment. That's why we're always looking for more ways to improve our processes and products and invest in innovative solutions that minimize our environmental impact.
Through these measures we show that luxury and sustainability can go hand in hand. Our brand proves that you don't have to compromise on quality to make a positive contribution to our world.
In order to be able to better classify the fits of our various products, we recommend reading our description for each piece individually and following the attached size guide.
All our products are made in Germany.
Some of the collections are hand-knitted by our skilled and ambitious craftsmen - some of the collections are created by a small, very innovative knitting mill that has been family-run for generations, exactly according to our designs and with our yarns.
Preorder orders
Normally a preorder phase lasts 3-4 weeks until the shop closes and we put the orders into production.
We will ship your clothing approximately 4 weeks after the end of the pre-order window - this is the period that our knitting factory in Germany usually needs for production.
